Senior Associate/Consultant - Private Client and Business Succession

McMahon Clarke Legal has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced lawyer to join the private client and business succession team. This is a senior position which includes hands-on client work as well as marketing to expand the client base and increase awareness of the range of services offered by the team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years post admission experience, at least three of which will have been in succession law. You will use your skills and experience to service the existing client base of high net worth individuals and SME's, often working closely with the client's professional advisors to ensure the estate planning or business planning strategy fits with the client's overall strategy.  Your work will also include estate administration and estate litigation files. In addition to your own day-to-day client and marketing responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to manage a small, experienced team.
