Personal Assistant—Real Estate/Commercial Disputes

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced legal secretary to join our friendly, professional real estate/commercial disputes team. Working with partner, Kristy Dorney and also assisting lawyer, Laura Fraser, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the secretarial role including dictaphone typing, document management, briefs and court documents, e-filing, billing and implementing systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the work area.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience as a legal secretary, advanced Microsoft Word and document production skills, a typing speed of at least 70 words per minute, excellent attention to detail, critical thinking skills and the ability to use initiative and good organisation skills to work independently and raise ideas for changes which will benefit the team.
