Experience: Matthew joined McMahon Clarke Legal in 2003 and is a special counsel within the firm. His expertise is advising on the establishment and structuring of property funds and acting for fund managers in a wide range of commercial transactions. His work includes:

• Structuring and advising on all types of property funds, both in the wholesale and retail environments.
   
• Reviewing and preparing product disclosure statements and other offer documents.
   
• Preparing joint venture agreements and other commercial agreements between fund managers, developers and others, in relation to complex acquisition and funding arrangements.
   
• Advising fund managers in relation to the application of the Corporations Act and ASIC regulatory policy to their businesses and transactions.

Matthew is available to advise and assist both established fund managers and new participants in the industry.

Prior to joining McMahon Clarke Legal, Matthew had a number of years' experience in many aspects of commercial and corporate transactions in a Sydney legal firm.
