McMahon Clarke is pleased to have advised Centuria Property Funds Limited on the launch of the Centuria Industrial Income Fund No.1.

Centuria's new unlisted property fund includes three high-quality assets in core industrial locations within Brisbane and Adelaide.

The McMahon Clarke team was led by special counsel Matt Moses and consultant Jeunesse Meldrum from the Funds Management team.
