The new CCIV – What is it? Why use it?

Are you ready for the new corporate collective investment vehicle (CCIV) which launches on 1 July 2022?

The CCIV will supplement (and not replace) the managed investment scheme, and will resolve many of the issues which have plagued fund managers for years as a result of using trusts as a collective investment structure.

Read our CCIV Guide

We anticipate the CCIV will become the de facto Australian funds management vehicle in time. So, there is merit in familiarising yourself with the regime now and considering whether it is appropriate for your business to ‘get in on the ground floor’.

Download our new CCIV Guide which provides an overview of the CCIV framework and is designed to help you decide whether utilising the new CCIV framework is advantageous to your business.

Get in touch with us

Several aspects of the framework are still being ironed out ahead of the launch date, and it is important you receive the right advice before making any decisions.

We can help you get the authorisations you need and launch a CCIV product in the market. If now is not the time, then we can help you position yourself so you can jump in when you are ready.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact partners Elliott Stumm and Langton Clarke or a member of our Funds Management team.
