Receptionist – Full Time – Brisbane

On offer is a rewarding and highly sought-after Receptionist role for a professional and motivated individual. We are looking for a superstar with exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will be well-presented, enthusiastic, and keen to help others. Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.

Your role

As an experienced Receptionist, you will be responsible for diverse and varied duties which include—

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a positive and friendly manner
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Managing meeting rooms, ordering catering, and preparing refreshments
  • Managing and stocking the staff kitchen
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • File opening, closing, and archiving
  • Digital dictation and supporting our team of Personal Assistants
  • Other administration duties.

What you need

To be successful in this role you will need—

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and excel under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Typing speed of 50+ wpm with 98 percent accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level attention to detail
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience working in a professional services environment (highly desirable).

The team is enthusiastic, hard-working, and supportive and is on the lookout for a pro-active, skilled, and dedicated Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant in Banking and Finance.

Your role

As an experienced Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include—

  • Digital dictation
  • Electronic file management
  • Diary management and appointment setting
  • Maintaining our contact management system
  • Other general secretarial duties.

What you need

To be successful in this role you will need—

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and excel under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Typing speed of 65+ wpm with 98 percent accuracy
  • Advanced Word skills
  • Knowledge of PEXA and PPSR register (desirable)
  • High level attention to detail
  • IT savvy.
