A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant with a minimum three years’ experience.

The preferred candidate will have the following:

  • typing speed of 85 wpm with 98% accuracy
  • experience with MYOB (preferred)
  • advanced Word skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • digital dictation
  • electronic file management
  • diary management and appointment setting
  • maintaining our contact management system
  • personal administrative tasks
  • other general secretarial duties.

Paralegal – Real Estate

We have an excellent full time opportunity available for an experienced property paralegal to work with our Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including—

  • running conveyancing matters from A to Z, including reviewing purchase contracts, calculating settlement figures, attending settlements, stamping and lodging documents
  • conducting property searches and due diligence enquiries
  • preparing and lodging Titles Office forms
  • in-house stamping of contracts and transfers
  • receiving new client instructions and drafting relevant documents from precedents, including sale contracts, leases and associated documents
  • communicating with clients, law firms, banks and other parties
  • taking responsibility for managing schedules of documents and monitoring milestones
  • keeping up to date with legislative changes.

Skills and experience

  • Approximately three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of conveyancing and off-plan developments.
  • Advanced knowledge of PEXA is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an organised, efficient manner.
  • Ability to use initiative to work independently while also enjoying the opportunity to make a positive contribution to a successful team environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new processes to improve workflow and efficiency.
