Jade focuses on general funds management and banking and finance transactions and has tertiary qualifications in law and business/finance. Jade previously worked for a community legal centre in the human rights and civil law practice where she provided advice within the employment law and retirement village and parks advice services. Jade is a keen volunteer at Caxton Legal Centre, a community organisation which offers free legal assistance to disadvantaged people.

- Employment Law Service – Jade has advised employees on various workplace matters, including unfair dismissal, general protections, bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, unpaid entitlements, stand downs, and redundancies.
- Fair Work Commission and Queensland Human Rights Commission – Jade has represented clients at the Fair Work Commission and Queensland Human Rights Commission for unfair dismissal, discrimination and sexual harassment matters, including filing application materials, engaging in negotiations, and settling release agreements.
- Queensland Retirement Village and Park Advice Service – Jade has advised residents of manufactured home parks and retirement villages about site agreements, residence contracts, cooling off periods, discrimination complaints, dispute resolution, and applications to QCAT.
