Seven Fields and Abbotsleigh Citrus

Advising the owners of Seven Fields (a company) and Abbotsleigh Citrus (a business) on the $90 million combined sale of share and business assets involving the sale of all land assets in Queensland, Victoria, and Northern Territory owned by the vendors to a Hong Kong-based investment company and the remaining business assets to the Nutrano Produce Group.

Primewest Group (ASX:PWG)

Advising leading property fund manager  Primewest Group (now Centuria) on its ASX listing.

Pacific East Coast

Advising fund manager and real estate advisory firm Pacific East Coast on its acquisition by ASX-listed financial services company Countplus.

Pellicano Funds Management

Preparing the underlying trust and sale documentation and negotiating the commercial terms for the sale of a 50 percent interest in Pellicano Property Trust 3, a $150 million industrial trust, to Sunsuper in a complex transaction.

WINIM

Advising this property development group on establishing special purpose vehicles for their joint venture projects, including preparing bespoke joint venture agreements and development management agreements for each project.

Perth Markets restructure

Advising One Funds Management Limited (as trustee) on restructuring the Perth Markets, a stapled structure which owns and operates the fresh food markets in Canning Vale (WA) (valued at $180 million), carried out by way of two interlinked schemes – a trust scheme by way of application for judicial advice and a scheme of arrangement.

Centuria 80 Grenfell Street Fund

Assisting Centuria Property Funds Limited to launch the Centuria 80 Grenfell Street Fund, a single-asset, closed-ended unlisted property fund investing in a 50 percent interest in a premier A-grade office tower located at 80 Grenfell Street in the Adelaide CBD, including negotiating and settling a complex unit purchase agreement.
