With expertise across leasing, construction, retail shop lease regulation compliance, and tenant litigation, our lawyers assist property owners and managers to navigate the risks and challenges associated with live site redevelopment and renovation projects, from early conception to the grand reopening. Our lawyers form project teams, bringing together distinct areas of expertise required across the life of an asset repositioning project. Our project experience allows strategic decisions to be made at an early stage to identify, manage and mitigate likely risk and negotiate timely outcomes with existing tenants.
